You will assist our various Mexican ministry departments and the visitors to our El Monte training Centre, by handling various office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace. You will set up meetings and take minutes (in Spanish), order supplies, create presentations, do filing, generate reports and conduct research. You will be able to help manage the registration process and some organizational aspects of our CCT missionary training school at El Monte, and you will also be available to help assist with sales at our camp store, and other activities and events.
You are a self-starter, organized, you love detail, and are servant-hearted, with good friendly communication skills. You are flexible and good with people, a team player. You have adequate administrative experience, and are familiar with Googledocs and spreadsheets. Ability with web design would be a plus. You speak Spanish fluently (formal training can be arranged for career workers).
